Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is paid after the event or shoot is completed.
02. How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
Turnaround time depends on the package, but typically photos and videos are delivered within 3–7 working days. For clients needing faster delivery, a speedy delivery option is available, including same-day or same-time edits depending on the package and event flow.
03. Do you travel for events outside Durban?
Yes, we do travel for both local and nationwide projects. Travel and accommodation costs may be added depending on the location of the event.
04. Can packages be customized to fit our needs?
Absolutely. All packages can be tailored based on your event size, budget, and specific deliverables such as extra coverage, additional cameras, or more edits.
